I needed to sync a team of PC’s and Mac’s and iPhone, Blackberry phones. This was not fun, for a while I used basecamp to do this in a roundabout “4 years ago” kinda way…If you are a PC user, use the Google Calender CalDAV method so that you can deliver a shared and 2-way editable calender to both Mac and PC users without excuses..
- Sync and post ical entries across multiple computers
- Syncs ical to iPhone
- Share to both Mac and PC calenders
- Free and Reliable
Well it look likes Google stepped up to the plate here. Google Calender mixed with CalDAV is the answer.
I have found this combo more usable than any other free solution. It can be totally web based, or native across a diverse range of both desktop and mobile platforms.

Hey brotha! This is a great find here… I know I know my company was trying to do this forever, especially sync with the blackberry… This is great thank you for this… Keep up the good work mang!!! your site looks amazing and the new logo really steps it up a notch bro! I wonder where you find all the time in a day to accomplish so much sometimes! “Keep it real!”
Hey there!
Great entry. Well, I got another intersting issue for you. Concerning the iphone-problem I can recommend “remote calendar”. It sync with a variety of calendars based on CalDAV. It porbably the easiest way to sync a bunch of calendar-entries by pushing a button. The best thing about it is, that it ois not app-specific, meaning it can sync with google, as well as with ical or outlook, etc. Maybe that will the above-mentioned problem even easier to handle.
It a cheap gimmick and above all an all-in-one solution. There’s a developer’s homepage: http://www.remote-calendar.com. Maybe this will work for you, too. I’m totally convinced, since I tried several solutions myself and often wanted to throw my beloved iphone agains a wall, ’cause it didn’t work and something want wrong all the time (using BusySync, NemusSync, etc.). Now everything works fine and I have several calendars I’m working with, and several devices in sync.
thanks for the post, I will check that out for sure!
