Basically, Richard Kuklinski aka Iceman is a Jersey native that got stuck in a dead end job and decided to become a contract killer. Here is an HBO special that contains excerpts from 17 hours of interviews conducted in a state prison.
On a technical note, Google video is an excellent alternative to YouTube, as it allows unlimited length videos and the ability to dowload in an ipod/podcast format (psp as well).
